SSH X 20/IST x10/Toy soilder X10/arm circles back and fro.
Grab a block! All exercises in cadence.
10 curls/10 skull crushers/10 squat to press/10 chest press/1o lawnmoer each arm
Run to other end of playground.
Rocky Balboa x 20/Merkins x10
Did that 6 times.
Drop off blocks. Mosey over to the flower pots. Again in cadence.
10 incline merkins/10 dips
Repeato 3 times.
Run a lap around school.
Quick Mary where we did low flutter x 25
