Noone signed up to lead so YHC had his MQ responsibility to run the show.

We ran a big parking lot lap.  Did normal warmup routine

Head over to the bus lot and basketball hoops

Bear crawl to first hoop, stop and do exercise, bear crawl to next, stop and exercise, and so on to the last hoop

crawl bear back stopping and exercising at each hoop.

Exercises consisted of merkins, CDD, plank jacks, squats, maybe some other things.  I would probably have rememberd better had I done this BB the day of the Q.

We headed over and grabbed blocks and did some upper body stuff. I think we ran a lap on the track.

There was a lot of complaining today.  Plenty of men showed up that could have signed up and di their own thing, so tough!!

Always a pleasure to lead and have our fun.  Bring back the '80's!!!
