Don’t stop lifting Rocks


10 men rose early for a rock heavy workout at Hollywood. 

Warmorama:

20 SSH IC
10 Windmills IC
10 Toy Soldiers IC
15 Imperial Storm Troopers IC
10 Merkins IC

The Thang:

Mosey to the rocks then back up to the lot. 

10 Curls, 10 Shoulder Press, 10 Skull Crushers, 10 Bent Over Rows, all IC

Move one rock to the right then repeato. 

Zamperini over to the hill.

15 WW2 Sit Ups with rocks (modify if needed), run down to the bottom to plank it out. While down there 10 Merkins IC.

Run back up to where we left the rocks.

20 LBC's IC, run down and do 10 Shoulder Touch Merkins IC.

Run back up again.

15 Chest Presses, run down to do 10 Hand Release Merkins IC. 

Runback up one last time.

20 Mason Twists IC.

Bring the Rocks back to the pile, then back to lot.

Deep Dish for a mobility minute.

Stapler picked what looked to be the largest rock out there.  He was much relieved when we moved one to the right.  Deep Dish not so much…

Glad to see FNG Will out today. He found us via the website.  Good to see Tagless and Hasselhoff who I haven't seen in a while.
