What did we learn today:

1. Grenade is running quite fast again and what we lacked in distance for this morning's #Standard we made up for in speed work, thanks to him and Stromboli, who is now crazy fast as well.

2. A core workout following the Murph was applauded intially, especially by Metallica. The he turned on me in a vicious way. as did most of the pax. Right about the time we got to 300 W's

3. Time Check really likes THE Horseshoe apparently – was willing to do it today even

4. Landline and Hollywood are in a rush to get everywhere. And Omega. Always Omega

5. Rock exercises were on the docket if we had more time – we clearly did not

6. The bandsaw route gives a whole new meaning to High Density Housing. You have to turn sideways to get between those homes.
