Dora Counts Backwards at True Grit

A Pax of 7 showed for the early workout on Saturday.  Some were early, some were "on time" and some were just late.

Warmup:?  Begin to mosey through parking lot as one vehicle's driver decides, about a second late, to stop his car before hitting the curb.  Get the mosey moving and mix in some side shuffles, backwards run, butt kickers and high knees.  Instead of circling up, go get our late arrival, and then circle up.

COP:

  • SSH x 15
  • Lunges x 15
  • Merkins x 15
  • IST x 15
  • Cotton Pickers x 15
  • One or two other things that I'm forgetting.

The Workout:

  • Dora 3-2-1
    • Partners alternate between running about 200 yds and completing the total combined exercises.
    • 300 merkins
    • 200 WW II situps
    • 100 burpees
  • Pullups x 10
  • Pullups x 5

?Mary:

  • Low Flutter x 30
  • LBC x 30
  • Elbow plank

Moleskin:

  • YHC wss pretty sure that Wolfgang was not happy that Moses made him late.  Supposedly Moses forgot to set his alarm and then couldn't find his sneakers when it was time to go.  Wolfgang was so mad he didn't say a word the whole workout.
  • Speaking of not saying a word, Moses and Callahan need to be separated for COP.
  • YHC was lucky to have Uncle Rico as a partner, workhorse.
  • Billy Bob turning into a True Grit regular.  Glad to have you keep coming back.  I had no idea he was a dentist. 
  • Kid Rock, by all counts you were earlier than about half the Pax.  Who would believe that?
