Double Down


Monday was a nice and muggy morning to 'double down' and knock out exercises that worked at least 2 major muscle groups with each move.  The que caught some warm-up chatter in regards to more lifting vs. running, but based on being soaked in sweat, sore and hearts pounding, 'double down' worked over the pax.

Warm Up; SSH (20), Cotton Pickers (10), Arm Circles, Low plank to hands (10), parking lot lap to bricks

Double Down Workout Round 1;

– Squat presses with block (10)

– Squat position curls (10)

– Burpees (10)

– Hello dolly with block presses (10)

– Squat position skull crushers (10)

Double Down Workout Round 2;

– Mercan across from partner with hand slaps (10)

– situps with block pass to partner (10)

– Partner 1 – Step up to bench with block curls (10 each leg)

– Partner 2 – lunges around small circle with block curls

Switch

– Partner 1 – double brick carry around small circle

– Partner 2 – low plank leg with leg raises

Switch

Indian run around parking lot with front man brick carry

Double Down Workout Round 3;

– Squat presses with block (10)

– Squat position curls (10)

– Burpees (10)

– Hello dolly with block presses (10)

Abs

– LBC's (20)

– Peter Parker (20)

– Freddy Mercury (20)
