Double Down, Around Town

It was crisp.  It was cold.  But 8 men came out to check out the lacrosse moms.  66, BEP, and I doubled down with an excelsior ruck.  

To stay warm we had to keep moving.  We took a lap around the track and moseyed to the front area.  

THE WARMUP

  • Lap around the parking lot
  • 25x SSH
  • 10x Toy Soldier
  • 10x Imperial storm trooper
  • 10x Long snapper
  • 10x slow windmill
  • 15x Mountain climber
  • 10x merkins

THE THANG

Then we grabbed blocks and returned to the track.  

  • 15x curls
  • 10x squats
  • 10x weighted LBCs
  • 100M zamporini

we related 3 more times at each corner of the track.

Blocks went back and we mosyed to the back of the school.

then we moseyed to the playground.

  • uo the slide stairs and down

we moseyed back to the AO, did Mary, and recover recover.

1.7 miles covered.  Plenty of pain.  580 calories burned.
