I am not sure if it was brillance or stupidity to schedule a Q right after returning from a week at the beach!  How often it is a fine line!  Appreciate Amen letting me take the reigns and lead a great group of guys!

Warm Up

Run around the corner and back to the end of the parking lot.

SSH, Windmills, Carrot puller, IST and mountain climbers

The Thang – Ladders!!

Down Ladder #1 (run a lap around the traffic circle after each exercise)

50 – SSH

40 – Flutter Kicker

30 – Squats

20- CDD

10- Hand Release Merkins

Curb kickers until all are done

Up Ladder #1 (run a lap around the traffice circle after each exercise)

10 – Hand Release Merkins

20 – CDD

30 – Squats

40 – Flutter Kicks

50 – SSH

Curb kickers until all are done

It is always a pleasure to lead a group of guys that push hard and make it count no matter what!  Apparently there is history between Toxic and Ponch and the Monkey Humper.  Ponch allowed Toxic to perform right at the hood of his patrol car.  I really hope the dash-cam was rolling for that one!
