Dragonslayer made me hurt

This morning was a great day to be great. I’m not sure we were necessarily great, but I know there were times that I was in a great amount of pain.

The day began with a standard that included Ichabod and cobra. The gents were out, ready to crush this a.m. And that’s exactly what they did with a brisk 3 mile standard. we chatted, we ran like stallions, it was great.

Upon our return, we found Matlock running circles in the parking lot. Coming in right around start time was copperhead.

We then proceed with the work out.  One of my faves, nickels, and dimes.

Every minute on the minute you need to do 2 rounds Five reps, and 10 reps of two exercises. You do this for five minutes. Ending with 50 reps of the first exercise and 100 reps of the second exercise in five minutes.

After each round, we ran a half mile loop.

The three rounds were:

5 pull ups, 10 push-ups

5kb swings, 10 shoulder press

5 burpees, 10 curls

That Burpee round sucked and got my heart rate to 190.

We finished with core work.   

That was a tough one fellas.  Make sure you hydrate up. Thanks for doing hard things with me.
