Dragon slayer has returned! It has finally become time to stop all the childish backpacking games of Spearhead and return to aggressive beat downs. And that is exactly what happened today.
I’m glad I forewarned of the toughness of this workout. It helped to weed out the softest among us. For example: Cherry bomb pretended to have Covid and did not show. Swingstate feared the mental anguish. SlingShot was afraid of the soreness. Don Ho would rather lightly jog and get coffee. And we all know Auto was asleep sucking on a soft pillow.
But the men that did show, got stronger while feeling what it’s like to have your heart beating out of your chest. They also got to feel what it feels like to be completely dominated by an individual. That individual of course is BagBoy. Who I believe should be renamed to Savage Boy as he is an absolute murderous savage.
The Thang:
The Kenyan runner, Enron, met me for a 2.5 mile standard. Everyone else arrived, and the party began.
Well, AM-PM was late per-usual. Popcorn looked a little LadyRona-y but he swore he tested negative. AM-PM reminded us you can’t test positive if you don’t test.

We never got to the round of 10. Time constraints made us finish in the 20s. Savage Boy lapped all of us and made it look easy.
As we returned and finished name-o-rama, A.m. – p.m., Big Montana, uncle Rico, and I finished our 100 reps of everything besides pull-ups.
