Burpees -10 OYO then run to the bottom

Low flutter until everyone makes it down

Balls to the wall

Donkey Kicks – 15 OYO

Then Bunny Hop back to top

Low flutter until everyone makes it to the top

Run to rock pit, grab a rock and circle up

Overhead press – 10 count in cadence

I guess the rest were scared of a Master Po workout because of the low count, but those who showed up had fun!

And Camp G wasn't there this time either, maybe we scared them away too…

Rock pits are looking a little slim for the picking…

Afterwards I went to Duck Donuts for the first time with Qbert to completely negate the work we did, and it was totally worth it.
