Mosey around DPK (BS Calls for running)

The Thang:
Partner-up at the entrance to the deck. Partner one does broad jump Burpees up the deck while partner two runs to top of deck and back down to meet partner. Switch. Rinse and repeat until Broad Jump Burpees has been completed to top of deck. (BS Calls).
- 20 LBC in lieu of 10 count
Suicides down the deck (apparently very complicated)
- Start with 4 Burpees at top of deck.
- Run down one level for 15 hand release Merkins and 20 Power ups
- Run up steps to top
- Add 2 Burpees
- This rinses and repeats to the bottom of the deck with same Merkin and Power UP count but add 2 Burpees every time at top.
- BS calls caused me to audible from 20 power ups to 15 at 3rd level
Do manhunt for PAX lost in the stairwells to collect at bottom of Deck.
Circle up for Ty Webb (Nope, another Lexicon Fail) Circle up for Jack Webb.

- I was surprised when through the gloom came the clown car…were they there because I was Q'ing. Not really, I was just the lesser of two evils. Until I heard Kingfish say "Ya know, 5 miles is just not that long…".
- I have studied up on the lexicon and am ready for my quiz. I still contend that I was doing Whacky Jacks and Scrappy was demonstrating Hillbillies.
- Shaken completely through me for a loop with 5 more burpees for good measure. I was driven to almost ask him to marry me.
- I see Scrappy's chest puff out a little bit more every time Master Po posts.
Keep the Latini family in your prayers. As time passes we start to forget and support slows. They do not forget and this is the time we need to pray and support all the more.

The 5 year anniversary of Isotope is happening at North Meck park on Saturday morning at 7AM. If F3 has touched you, then come out and celebrate. Primal Brewery right across the street will be opening their doors for us. There will be beer, food, and coffee. Do not live a life of regret and sadness by missing this.
