Six men arrived in the gloom to a "gym' in the parking lot of the Overlook
Warmorama:
SSH x 25 IC, TS x 15 IC, WM x 15 IC, CP x 15 IC, Jog around the parking lot
The Thang:
7 stations were arranged with the following exercises:
- Squat with Front Raise with dumbbells x 20
- Single Leg squat with Kettlebell x 10 each leg
- Single Leg Calf Raises with Kettlebell x 20 each leg
- Alternating Arm Kettlebell Bench Press with Kettlebells x 10 each arm
- Underhand Bent Row with Kettlebells x 10 each arm
- Clean Press with Kettlebells x 10 each arm
- Curls with Dumbbells x 10 each arm
Repeated the above for 3 rounds
After completing 3 rounds, pax went for a 1 mile run
Mary: Pick your metal, pax each choose a piece of metal to complete the following:
- Weighted V-Ups x 15 IC
- Weighted Mason Twist x 15 IC
- Weighted WWII x 15

- Pax starting out the New Year right with a metal workout!

- Great seeing Double Double and Krugerrand! They had a strong showing this am!
- Q needs to invest in more chalk, the piece of chalk is getting very little! His little girls have grown up and this is the last remnant of their childhood…sad in a way.
