It was supposed to be cold, it was supposed to be wet, it was supposed to be miserable.  I guess that is what kept everyone away from the early workout on Saturday.  Everyone except YHC and Billy Bob.  We'd figure out something to do.

  • A little warmup jog through the parking lot to get the blood moving and then circle, uh I guess it's a line, up.

  • Merkins x 15
  • Squat x 15
  • Diamond Merkins x 10

  • Wide Merkins x 10
  • Low Flutter x 20

Fun with sandbags sized small, medium and large.

  • Small sandbag – O/H Press   Large sandbag – Deadlift x 20
  • Flapjack
  • Repeato
  • Run to pull up bars for 5 dead hang pullups then run back to sandbags
  • Small sandbag – Curls    Large sandbag – Cleans x 10
  • Flapjack
  • Repeato (Medium bags for cleans)
  • Run to pull up bars for 5 dead hang pullups then run back to sandbags
  • Small sandbag – Sandbag Swings    Large sandbag – Front squats x 10
  • Flapjack
  • Repeato
  • Run to pull up bars for 5 dead hang pullups then run back to sandbags
  • Small sandbag – Shoulder to Shoulder    Medium sandbag – Lunges x 10
  • Flapjack
  • Repeato
  • Run to pull up bars for 5 dead hang pullups then run back to sandbags
