5 stations along the paved sidewalk from AO to the back. In round 1, each Pax starts approximately 30 seconds behind the guy in front. Ten reps at each station. Go hard for 10 minutes –
Meanie Thirteenie squat box jumps
Hand-release push ups
Sandbag deadlifts
Burpee broad jumps
Pull ups
Pax stagger their finish by 30 seconds based on your order.
Mosey to top of LBH for 30 WWIs, a partner sprint race and then 30 more WWIs.
Back to AO for a second round. Changed the order and made it just burpees for this round. Plus we went up to 12 minutes.

Reflection
