66, The Force and I took a 3.5 mile run around the Latta Springs neigborhood while sharing some wisdom with each other and getting a decent workout in at the same time.

- Carrot Pullers x 10 IC
- Windmill x 10 IC
THE THANG
Run ~1 mile to Canoe Cove Rd
- SSH x 10 IC
- 'Mericans x 10 IC
- LBC x 10 IC
- Low Flutter x 10 IC
Run ~.5 miles (.25 mile up Canoe Cove and back down)
- 'Mericans x 15 IC
- LBC x 15 IC
- Low Flutter x 15 IC
Run ~.5 miles (.25 mile up Canoe Cove and back down)
- 'Mericans x 10 IC
- WWII situps x 10
Run ~1 mile back to Hopewell High bus lot
Run ~.5 miles of strides
- 4 x the legnth of the bus lot
COT
