There are million reasons to stay in your comfort zone, but 25 men chose to explore something different this am.  Here is their story:

 

0500 #TheStandard, i am sure several Pax took this on.  They looked sweaty.

0530 #Qfail I failed to remember that the M blocked me in and I had to go find her keys…ultimatly, it didn't matter because whether the Q shoes up or not, the workout goes on!

0532: I found them (nice try RamRod) and we finished the best warmup west of i77 with some IST.

Lots of new faces, great to meet new guys this am.

To be honest, my back is still not 100%, but if you aren't aware, i get really grumpy when i don't workout.  So this had to be done….and I couldn't trust you idiots to attend hold a workout without 100 burpees, so I controlled what I could control by taking the Q.

These past few weeks have been a challenge for me to deal with not being able to workout/run/or really anything.  And while I couldn't get the 1st F, the 2nd really helped me deal with being hurt.  We have a gift here with F3 that is unlike any other.  When you see guys changing their body and health that is only scratching the surface of the benefits here.  Thanks to each of you guys for picking me up this morning, now go find somebody to share it with.  Believe me, somebody is praying for an invite today!
