FNG-1 is Grumpy (not in the system)
We noted that AM-PM was LIFO (last in first out)- he gave us a solid 27 minutes and he hit it hard.
After a quick warm-up we tackled 11s with blocks at the ramp: 10 block squats, curls and ‘Mericans, backward up the ramp and 1 burpee at the top, forward down for 9 of each and 2 burpees, 8 & 3, 7 & 4, etc..
We did a little people’s chair, moseyed to the former fountain where the pansies will soon be planted and executed 10 power-ups and several glute bridges.
Moseyed back to grab the blocks and finished with a little MARY
