“EASY” 4 Corners

Red October has decided that social media is not for him anymore thus I will explain what happened today at Samson.  In short, we were scammed into a workout that Red October promised to be "EASY".  What we got was a serious taste of what some might look at as a disguised ruck event:

Warm Up:

Various commonly known activities that got our heart pumping!

Thang:

4 Corners as you know it but you gotta carry your block with you the whole time.  Exercises were squats, burpees, curls, block swings.  We started with 5 reps at each corner and added 5 each time around.  At first the "easy" was coming to life but that door shut quickly as we realized that adding 5 each time turned out to be a lot!!!  Especially at Burpee Corner!!!!  Oh yea, we also were instructed to perform 5 pull ups at the completion of each lap (No, we did not add 5 each time on that one!!)

In the end it was a great workout.  Kinda snuck up on me personally during the set of 20 burpees but we all survived!
