The Thang:

“El Ocho Loco”

8 pain points on a hill, 8 exercises, and 8 of each exercise:

  • Mericans
  • Jump Lunges
  • Carolina Dry Dock
  • WWII Situps
  • Jump Squats
  • Diamond Mericans
  • LBCs
  • Burpees

The Moleskine:

??Natty Lite aka "El Guapo" and Grip aka "El Jefe" were "cliente" and burning up the workout.  64 of each exercise and a "grande" hill was no problem with these "hombres".   The final set of burpees did give a little heartburn, like a nacho cheese bean burrito, but they powered through it.  Things to remember for next time: less dew-y hill, more chalk, more grippy shoes, and less beer from the long weekend!  Always a pleasure to lead a great group of guys.
