Alternating elevens were done starting on one end of the parking lot and the next set took place at the other end. Hand release merkins (55) and burpees (55).

Many PAX wore red to honor a fellow Fort Mill PAX who passed a few days ago after a fight with cancer. Prayers to his familiy and those close to him during these dificult times.
Big Easy was a gassy man this morning. Trying to show skipper up I guess.
At 5:30 there were only 4 PAX. By 5:35 we were at 9. SVU moves at a different pace then the rest of the PAX.
Very humid this morning making that workout extra crappy.
Not going to lie that workout looked better on paper. Your Q was dying.
