-Humidity was brutal felt like I was swimming by the end of it.

-Didn't track distance but I imagine we got at least 2 miles. 

-Retread showed up late again just in case we opened with 7 minutes of burpees.

-Strudel's knee appears to be good again and the guy can run. Hopefully we see him on a Friday soon. 

-Groot continues to get out of bed and join us. Kudos to him.
