Elmers 10th Manniversary at Fallout


Wow, i still can’t believe i have been doing this for 10 years.  Thanks to all to OG pax who were there before me, and to all the newer ones both regulars at Fallout/Estate and others who ventured out to support my anniversary.   Thanks to Tantrum to inspire me to reinvent the build a burpee and turn into the 10 for 10.  Perfect way to celebrate 10 years of staying true to my bootcamp only, never double down, no running, ignore CSAUP live longer philosophy.    As much as I hate running and burpee’s it was fun to hear everyone complain while i was running on adrenaline. Running is fine up to 1 lap around the track. 

the Workout 

Warmup

Jog to track and do one lap (yes i do hate running) 

I actually winged it but this looks about right

  • SSH x 10
  • IST x 10
  • Toy Soldier x 10
  • Slow Squat x 10
  • Merkin x 10

Workout (line up in the endzone on the football field)

build a burpee 10 x across the field ⅓ of the way (10 for 10)

  • 10 Jump Squat at about 1/3 across the field 
  • 10 Donkey Kick at about the 2/3 across the field 
  • 10 Push Up in the end zone

Repeato 10 x total back and forth. Whew 

I kept the pax together and called a few 10 counts to keep on track 

that took about a full 30 minutes to complete 

Next we went to the hillside by the field starting with 1 squat at the bottom and 10 burpees at the top (ladder) i audibled to squats at both spots because I can as the Q. 

That was enough for me. back to the parking lot for Mary

  • 10 x box cutters 
  • 10 x low flutters
  • 10 x shoulder touch merkins
  • maybe a couple other things?
