I appreciate Snake Eyes reaching out to ask me to Q. 2nd of the year at the Estate. Given this is my first AO, I can appreciate the wide variety of options and took advantage of them today.
Warmup:
Jog to the lower soccer field to start the morning.
- Side Straddle Hop – 15 IC
- Windmill – 10 IC
- Toy Soldier – 10 IC
I think that was it (no weinke)
The Thangs
the first goal was to get to the top of the soccer fields.
- Run to bottom of first hill 5 Merkins
- top of 1st Hill 10 Squats
- Across the next field
- Bottom of 2nd hill – 15 something
- top of 2nd Hill – 20 Burpees (lots of groaning)
- Across the 3rd field
- bottom of 3rd hill – 25 LBC
- top of 3rd hill – can’t remember
Using the parking lot at the top of the fields
- individual 10 :1 workout with WW2 Situps and Merkins
- flip to 1: 10
Jog down to the new covered picnic area
- 10 step ups per leg
Jog to the school entrance
- People’s Chair with 10 touch them heels
Jog to the playground on the left side of the school
- 10 Dips
Jog to the playground in the back of the parking lot
- 10 Pull ups
Jog to the green monster (wall by the loading dock)
- Balls to the wall (everyone gave a 10 count)
Job to the cars and pick up a cinder block
- 10 curls IC
- 10 Skull Crushers IC
- 10 Chest Presses IC
Turn the blocks back in
One Clean Burpee
That is it!!
Thanks for coming out gentlemen. There was a little groaning but felt like a well balanced workout. Some cardio, some abs and some strength work. I needed this after being under the weather earlier in the week. Appreciate this group of men coming and for a workout (and bagels)
