Thanks to all who came out for my 53rd birthday Q. I especially appreciate Hasselhoff's presence to make sure I was NOT war daddy today! Admittedly, I did not have anything planned today other than the number 53. Given that is an odd number, my ability to do the math around excercises was questionable.
And now for the workout: (disclaimer, with my failing memory, this may all be made up or just something I dreamed)
We kicked off with a lap around the track.
First we did 53 side straddle hops in cadence (yes it was 106, stop complaining)
Next we did four corners (ok they are corners, and I dont really care) We did a count of 12 each to get to 48 (cant remember the actual exercises) and then the 5 of the mystery exercise (yes, 5 burpees)
Then we went to the wall at the bus lot for a little people's chair with 48 (or something like that) heal touches. and 5 burpees.
Throw in the obligitory balls to the wall while I counted up to 53 (that was tough on my aging brain, but I made it)
We went for a lap round the parking lot and then headed to the smoking lounge for twenty step ups per leg with 13 burpees to make 53.
Back to the wall for 25 donkey kicks in cadence and three burpees. (not really sure on this one)
After that I know we went and got the blocks out and did five sets of 20 of something and rounded out with three of something else.
we did another round around the track with exercised in the "corners". This time we only did 10 so we had to do 13 burpees at the end. it was sort of a moving Mary.
We went back to the blocks and did 4 sets of 12 and finished with five of something else.
After that we put the blocks away and finished with planking till recover,recover!
