I was traveling this week so no time for preparation. I always like to keep a little running in the workout to get my cardio going so we did the following:
Warmarama:
- Side Straddle Hop 10 IC
- IST 10 IC
- Windmill 10 IC
- Frankenstein 10 ic
- something i dont remember ic 10
The Thang
My goal was to do 15 kettle bell exercises IC at the bottom of the ramp and run up to the wall and back after each. These are not necessarily complete or in order.
- Curls
- Love Handles
- chest presses
- shoulder press
- something about a baby (toxic)
- lawn mowers each side
- low flutter holding the kettle bell
- kettle bell swing
- figure eight
- there were at least 2 or 3 more not sure

I felt great given that I needed to work out some kinks in my knee and really needed some strength exercise this week! Thanks for the fun morning!
