En-LIGHT-ing Beatdown

Kumquat had a last minute schedule conflict and put out a desperate plea for a step-in Q. I was planning on being there anyway, so I stepped in. I had an idea that I tried a few weeks back at Vanquished and thought I’d try it again at The Estate. It went over just as well this time (not well at all).Started with a rolling Warmorama around the track. We stopped at each corner and halfway down each straight away for:SSH x15ic, IST x15ic, Mountain Climbers x10ic, Apollo Ono x10ic, Carrot Pullers x10icEnLIGHTing Commences:The plan is to do an exercise at each lightpole starting with 1 repetition and added one for each pole you come to. I’m planning, I thought doing 1 type of exercise would quickly instigate BS calls and perhaps a mutiny. So I adjusted the plan thusly:First Pole, 1 MericanSecond Pole, 2 SquatsThird Pole, 3 WW2 Sit UpsForth Pole, 4 AmericansFifth Pole, 5 SquatsSixth Pole, 6 WW2 Sit Ups (hopefully you have figured out the pattern by now so I can stop typing)There are a total of 44 parking lot light poles in Barnette’s and Bradley’s parking lots. WHO KNEW? Adapting the plan with 3 different exercises delayed the onslaught of BS calls to about the 30th light pole. Code Blue was the best at keeping us on track with counts.There were a few extra minutes left so we pick led up some rocks and did some curls, overhead presses, skull crushers and bent over rows.
