Soprano for the solo Standard today.
Today is my “heartiversary”. I gave the Pax my disclaimer and then shared the story behind what that means. Flashback 3 years ago, 12/9/2016, doctors turned off my heart for 45 minutes and I chilled out in a super cold operating room while they cut into my pumper and fixed one of its valves. All is well now. I like to make sure I get the opportunity to Q on this day for sentimental reasons.

- As I mentioned, this is a special day for me. For what it’s worth, they shave your whole body before a surgery like mine. Honestly that could have been more enjoyable.
- Callahan and a couple others offered consultation on the workout’s design, I believe something to the effect of it not being creative. I blushed. I believe he also offered to show me one of Outlaw’s signature moves. I declined.
- Stapler took us out with a prayer.

- Skewness: -0.76981 (describes the asymmetry of the data with respect to the mean, i.e., are we leaning left or right in a normal distribution. for about 3/4 of my qs, the skew leans negative, which is not surprising given the likelihood of more guys in their upper 40s/low 50s coupled with 2-3 pax in their 30s.)
