• Bridge Fly / 1-legged Bridge Bench / OH Pull Crunch
• Scaption Crunch / WW-II's & Jabs / Boat CP
Moleskin:
• Music makes the workout – Natty Lite and Double Double took us back to beach rock – whoa!
• Double Double brought enough ‘mat’ to share, no takers!
• Pilot Brewing event remains popular – this is a very social group. Behavior is a little different when the sun is up!
