Mosey to get rocks and then to the wall in the bus parking lot.
We played two rounds of Uno (went old s hook today). Each Pax drew a card and added 10 reps to each # drawn. Pax called the exercise of their choice, with or without a rock. Wild cards result in a threesome of B2W, 5 burpees, and a suicide round. We did a total of 16 draws that worked out arms, legs, and core. No wild cards were drawn (but YHC covered B2W, 5 burpees, and a suicide round later, so…).
Mobility moment
When 2 rounds were up, YHC then called:

Mosey to playground for 3 partner up rounds:
- Partner 1 does 10 pull-ups
- Partner 2 does 20 LBC’s
- Return, alternate, and repeato for three rounds

- Clamshells x20 each side (80)

Put up rocks and mosey to shelter for (IC):

Moleskin:
Chilly Willy and YHC completed the double down today, and Turnpike successfully conquered the triple down. Chilly Willy just took a new job-congrats bro! He also has an alter ego named Chilly “Billy” (you don’t wanna see that guy). Rodeo takes pride in his form while properly rocking the block, but he got excited and almost had a premature ending before hitting 20. The UNO hand didn’t like Turnpike much as he was skipped a time or two. Snake Eyes is back at it and attending boot camps again. We missed his shoulder touch ‘Mericans! Elmers was ready for bagels even before he arrived to the AO, but was patient with YHC until recover, recover was called. 66 enjoyed calling an extra round of suicides. It was good to see Burning Bush back at it again with the Pax.
