Tomorrow, May 5th, will be YHC's one year anniversary in F3. That first post, however, was at a Turnpike/Turncoat co-Qed Mighty Oak, which was originally going to provide insiration for this morning's workout. Upon further review, I decided to go in a completely different direction. The humidity is here to stay, so 9 Pax were visibly shaken to learn of the beatdown that awaited them
Mosey to the Spheres of Destiny, quick disclaimer, and circle up.

THE THING:
The concept of this was a blend of Sharknado and a late-December Crocs-led workout "The 12 Days of Christmas" which was not backblasted. All exercises would be done as a group, removing the Sharknado element of eventually running by oneself.
Start at Sphere 1, do exercise, big lap around the parking lot. Do Sphere 1 exercise, then Sphere 2 exercise, big lap around the parking lot, etc. Medium laps after spheres 6-8. Small laps after spheres 9 and 10.
- Sphere 1: 1 Burpee OYO
- Sphere 2: 2 Slow Deep Squats IC
- Sphere 3: 3 Perfect Form Carolina Dry Docks OYO
- Sphere 4: 4 Split Squat Jumps IC
- Sphere 5: 5 Butt Kickers IC
- Sphere 6: 6 Plank Jacks OYO
- Sphere 7: 7 High Knees IC
- Sphere 8: 8 Mountain Climbers IC
- Sphere 9: 9 Apollo Ohnos (Each Leg) OYO
- Sphere 10: 10 Perfect Form Merkins OYO
After all that leg work (and a little under 2 miles of movement), a well deserved Crocs Mobility Moment™
- Left and Right Pigeon
- Catcher's Pose

- Right Side Crunch x 10 IC

Recover, recover.
MOLESKIN:
- ?Thanks to the guys who came out this morning, but also to all the guys who have made an impact on me over the past year – you've pushed me to be better and I am extremely grateful for that
- Today is also Nair's 37's birthday – Happy Birthday!!
- FNG-1: POS, who has been crushing it, but still cannot figure out how to get his nickname on the website
- UPDATE: Turns out it was Blackbeard's fault!
- At one point my playlist caused Crocs to paint for us an image of Turnpike casually running a marathon, decked out in hooded sweatshirt and pink fingerless gloves, smile plastered on his face, blasting those sweet tunes into his ears – I can see it
- Uncle Rico and Turnpike barely broke a sweat while I was quite drenched
- Firestone made a point to mention that his only other Estwing workout was the one where I piloted the "Westminster Dog Show", weaving in and out of the yellow sticks on Stumptown in front of St. Mark's – he did not imply that it was a good exercise – consider it one and done
- Excellent work by Deadhead, who's starting to, dare I say it, becoming a regular?
- I screwed up the count a few times, leading to some well-deserved mumblechatter by Tammy Faye and Tuffy around my effectiveness at my job if I can't do math
