We had an Etch-a-Sketch citing as he was in town for the weekend. He led us in Tennessee style warmup then I took over for multiple KB exercises in cadence to exhaustion then doing multiple things up ramp to next deck and back in between. QvQ's 2nd round all coming up this week starting on Monday at Sword with Gambini v Toby then two on Tuesday with Titan v Omega at Paininsula and Crocs v Estwing at Gladiator then on Wednesday at Mighty Oak is Flo v Amen!
