Moseyed to grab the blocks and paired up
Canuck didn’t like pairing up with each man having a block- he’s a minimalist
DORA Exercises for partner 1 while partner 2 runs up the lot and back, then swap:
100 Block ‘Mericans
200 jump squats
300 LBCs
200 curls
100 Alternating Lunges
200 Bent over row
100 traditional sit-ups
Returned the Blocks and did a quick MARY

3. Yosemite crushed every exercise! Except the sit-ups. We have found his Achilles heel- it’s in his abs.
