Fartlek launches at 05:31 from WFC. Seems that we haven't turned left out of the clubhouse for a while, so we'll cruise the Wynfield Parkway to the Greenway to Rosedale and back. Headlamps recommended. 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0 mile options.
