Mosey to DUMC and grab a paver and a pair of bricks.

The Chorus:  Line up at the top of the lot… sprint to the first tree for Superman merkins x 10, back to the starting line for three burpees, sprint to the dumpsters for 10 WW2 situps and sprint back to the start.

Part 1 – Arm exercises – curls, tricep kickbacks, in and out arm raises

Part 3 – Core – Mason twist, H2H, LBC, low flutter, Hello Dolly, Jane Fonda

Part 4 – Around the horn… Tubbs – merkins, Stumpjumper – 8 count Creeper combo, Journey – H2H, Ball Bearing – plank jacks (arms and legs) with bricks (need to take this one off the menu!), WhamO – LBC, Bullwinkle – flutter press, Spackle – press / skullcrusher combo, and Tater – curl combo.
