Stairs for calf raises
Main Thang
Stairs for “Stairway to Eleven” plank up stairs with +1 merkin each stair to 11.
KBs to overhang . IC x 10
curls, presses, SC, upright rows, dead lift, sumo squat, swings x 20.
step ups with KB.
Did 5 circuits of:
Mosey to top of lot for IC x 10: dips at top and squat presses at bottom of lot. Mixed in lunge walk, bear crawl, karaoke just for fun!
Back to launch pad.
