7 men joined the Q for a lot of leg action today. Lots of complaints, but we all got better today.
Warmup:
- Mtn Climbers x 20 IC
- Allen Iversons x 15 IC
- Imperial Walkers X 15 IC
- Apollo Ohnos X 15 IC
Thang:
Everyone retrieved a block form the back and met up at the bottom of the hill. Partner up.
- P1 – Carries block to 1st driveway up big hill – 20 ISW w/ block – leave block – P2 Plank
- P2 – Runs to block and carries to 2nd driveway – 20 Block Lunges – leave block – P1 Plank
- P1 – Run to block and carry to 3rd driveway – 20 Block Squat Thrust – leave block – P2 Pank
- P2 – Run to block and carry to top – 30 Block calf raises – leave block – P1 plank
- Repeato in reverse to get the blocks back to bottom of hill
Everyone grab their block – Now the fun begins
Block Lunge walk to top of little hill or Little Baby hill to Dandelion (#crowdpleaser)
Return blocks to playground

- Partners had a bit of fun building structures with the blocks as they left them at the stations
- Dandelion was tempting fate by building a 8 block Jenga stack – 24 burpees were at stake
- Trumpet Twins, you know who you are, are back and better than ever
- Lots of complaints on the Block Lunge Walk – I agree, it sucked.
- Mustang is killing us – 18 on Monday! – would love to see the folks that haven't made it out in while.
