So after talking to C# last week, he motivated me to do another mental stimulation workout.  Using our amazing F3 Lake Norman website (thanks to all that have a part), the below was slapped together yesterday afternoon.

THE THANG

So YHC went back through the last month of workouts and researched each posting PAX's 1st workout, date, Q, and EH'er.  
Little known to those who showed they would relive a portion of each of these workouts, and be quizzed on the 4 data points above.
Only the actual PAX could not answer who EH'd him.
Each wrong answer = 5 merkins.

Head to the track.
Sprint Ladder…50m run/1 merkin, 50m run/2 merkins, … all the way back around ended at 8 merkins
This was Mater's first workout back on 2/12/18, Q'ed and EH'd by brother Sonar.  
All correct but the date so we do 5 merkins OYO.

Head to the Flagpole
Dip and derk…9 dips/1 derkin, 8 dips/2 derkins,…all the way to 1 dip/9 derkins
This was Tickle's first workout on 2/10/20, Q'd by Ziploc, and EH'd by Tickle's BIL (or atleast we gave them credit cause it wasn't in the original BB).
All correct but the date so we do 5 merkins OYO.

Head to the front of the gym.
100 yards of pain…25yd dragon walk/25 yd lung or lunge (however you spell it) walk/25yd bear crawl/25 burpee broad jump
This was Boucher's first post on 11/16/19, Q'd by Clark, and EH'd by C#.

The PAX (even Boucher) didn't recognize it was his first workout back on 11/16/19, Q'd by Clark, and EH'd by C#.

2 wrong so we do 10 merkins.

Roll of the dice…each number represents an exercise.  3 was rolled first = 20 chest to ground merkins.  3 was rolled again.  Little known to the PAX is I didn't have a different exercise written down as from the original workout it seemed we rolled the same number over and over so I was going to recreate that but it happened on it's own.
This was Sparrow's first workout from 12/4/19, Q'd by Clark, and was EH'd by his SIL in Memphis.
The PAX only guessed Sparrow correct so we did 15 merkins OYO, and this was fun after the 40 chest(icles) to ground prior.

Head to tennis courts
Suicide ladder…at each outside court line do 1 more LBC starting at 1 and ending at 16 so 136 in total.
This was Marker's first workout from 10/22/18, Q'd by YHC and EH'd by Spork.
Dude knew these with no trouble.

REFLECTION
Today is "ride your bike to school day" but obviously isn't doable or will be a very short ride to home school.  
YHC challenged the PAX to get someone active today where they may see a need.  Get a coworker to walk to lunch with you, get the kid or M out, etc.

MUMBLECHATTER
-Truly enjoyed this one as it brought back A LOT of memories.  It's crazy how as soon as you start reading a BB, things start coming back to you about the workout.
-So for our "older" PAX Clark and Sonar I could only find BB back to 2015 so maybe C# can put this together for them?
-And for Mysterion who only just registered after 3+ years his was a lost cause.
-The F3 Denver Food Drive is going great.  Looks like we're signed up thru the end of May.  If you feel led, sign up or donate to cover the 8 spots in June.
-The AO2AOIV is gaining steam.  Looks like we have some interest in some new attendees, which is really what this is about.  Everyone will finish, but you won't do so without a little pain (and complaining).  However, the ~4 hours with brothers in the night is something you won't forget.

Always a pleasure to lead and be led by you fine men.
