YHC attempted to Q a workout that involved something other than running. It wasn't the best but you have to get your feet wet sometime and give it a try.
I did not have a Weinke so I don't recall everything that took place.
I had a few issues with cadence and lost count a few times.
The running part I had down pat.
We ran just over a 5K and stopped a few times for some pain stations/exercises (squats, monkey humpers, apollo ono's, arm circles, Dwight Schrute's, trunk rotations, merkins, leap frogs)
Enjoyed the opportunity to try something outside my comfort zone and appreciated the pax that showed up and endured it.
