Pax arrived with a bit of axiety as the road to the AO was blocked off by HTV's finest due to a single car accident.  Concerned but knowing that situation was in good hands, the pax opened up the attached spreadsheet and went to work.  Here is how it went down:

Run a macro across Beatties Ford (give a thank you to the cop on the scene of the accident directing traffic) and enter into Carrington Ridge.  Arrive at the hill near the back of the neigborhood.

  • 5/1…..1/5 ladder running up the hill and doing powert pivots (jump squats) on top and =abs(LBCs) on bottom

Run a macro to the center common area of the neighborhood.

  • run a lap around the loop and do 5 merkins when done. 
  • circular reference warning:  Repeato 5x

Run a macro to exit of neighborhood on Beatties Ford.

  • =abs(MasonTwist * 20ic)

Run a macro up Beatties —  runtime error (police still have road blocked for the accident)

Refresh macro and run to the back of Bradley Middle.

  • execute power pivot (quarter turn jump squats x 20)

Run a macro back to the launch site

  • Prayers for the driver involved in the accident.  Prayers of appreciation for HTVs finest for their work on the scene.  T-claps to 9 Lives who was first on the scene….on his way to RR10K
  • Nice push out there today Dirt.  Your extra credit run beforehand took it out of you, but you gutted it out the whole way
  • Thanks for humoring the Excel geek in me today.  We ran macros to the tune of 3.4 miles. Did power pivots (jump squats) and abs, circular reference, runtime errors the full suite of Excel tools.
  • There was a slight concern of burpees.  Guaranteed no burpees at YHC's Q.
