BLASTED MOLESKIN:
The Wheel of Unfortunate delivered; ~4 miles of hill repeats & 40 burpees equals a solid morning. Not too mention bear crawling on pavement that rivals the GCC parking lot. Frodo grabbed the FKT…again…although there were questions. At the very least he seemed to hear the plan. Seemed like he went back to his Metro roots and grabbed an extra lap on the rest of the pax. He's got a race coming up so we'll let him stroll in with the belt. Crush UROC brother!
Snoop is BACK. Puttin' the women and children to bed and lookin' for dinner. Flyin' on the ups and downs, hills and burpees although he's not a skater. Note to self, pretty sure YHC could take Snoop on the ice. Scrap was scrappin', right at home in the squirrel position at the bottom of a blast off burpee. Crushing the downs and the crawls, he was flyin'. Second time in a week Shrooms has been stood up on prom night. What will it take to get the fish and BC back out on the regular? All of a sudden they hate hills. Heal up gents, need you back out and soon.
Auto went in reverse. Easy on the downs and strong on the ups. Must be on plan. Hoodie honored TC with a beanie since he couldn't join..oh wait who is lurking in the shadows with a smoking jacket and coffee? Naw couldn't be.
