EMOM – experiment with setting a timer for 1 minute and doing the following combination exercises for the minute, then reset the timer for another minute.
Exercises experimented – normal KB squat into full curl. sumo squat position KB deadlift into bent over row. upright KB row down to hip hinge. Lawnmower into isolated KB curl (right arm ONLY; Flip flop to left arm ONLY. standing KB skull crushers into backwards lunge (right leg ONLY): Flip flop to left leg ONLY. KB squat into full curls.
On your 6 for: KB LBC OYO X 20, chest press OYO X 30, repeato, repeato. Mosey with bell over toÂ
Wall – people’s chair with air press IC X 15, 10 KB swings OYO X 10, bench dips OYO X 20, repeato, repeato but add in praying mantis IC X 10
