Clock Hands Mericans – PAX draw a circle around their feet, then down into Plank position and write the # 12. Starting on the chalk written #12, 1 Merican (Q counts 1), then move right hand ONLY into wide grip Merican (Q counts 2), then PAX moves left hand ONLY into Diamond Merican (Q counts 3). Repeat the 1,2,3 count until PAX has rotated their body 180° from starting point. Once rotation of 180°, run to to rocks for Rock Work. Repeato 4 rounds. Mosey to retaining wall at bottom of parking lot for:

Moleskin – Friday mornings at The General are always pleasurable. PAX are in good mood, ready for the weekend or let’s face it, hungover from Whiskey clubs 😜. Either way, YHC took advantage of the PAX good moods for an experimentation of sorts: 1. to see how well that they could all draw with chalk? 2. to see how well that Clock Hands Mericans would go over?
