Cold crisp morning was no match for 11 of Isotopes finest pax (we’ll call it 12 since there was a Jedi sighting at Excelsior). We explored far reaches of the AO for a little nostalgic fun and challenging hard work. Here’s what went down.

Without your parking space, you are nothing (or something like that). Using one line: hop side to side, forward and back, NKOTB jumps. Parking Space Ark Loader: travel the perimeter of your space mimicking an animal: Bear Crawl, Crab walk, inch worm, bunny hop, frog jump, F3 Pax (lunges)

Mosey to the Ridge Wall for over and backs and Pinky Pies.

Mosey to the Stonewall for People’s Chair, Air Presses, Balls to the Wall, Heel Touches, wall scaling with WW2 Sit Ups and low hanging flutter kicks.

Mosey to the decrepit split rail fence (probably Elmer’s doing) for Dream Weavers.

Mosey (and Cacka Lacka Choo Choo) to playground for Pulls Ups and LBCs
