20-Aug-2018 Update: Apologies for the delayed write up. Here is roughly what we did at The Estate on August 18th:
0700: Disclaimer given and we were off.
WARM-O-RAMA:
- Mosey around parking lot mixing in high knees, Quadraphilia, long striders, and butt kickers. Circled up for:
- SSH x 10 IC
- Smurf Jacks x 10 IC
The "Extended Block Kamikaze" Thing:
Everyone grabbed a cinder block. We went even further than the bottom-most soccer field. We went to the sidewalk which was roughly 30-40 yards away.
Round 1:
- Zamporini carry block to the bottom of the bottom-most soccer field.
- Jump over your block x 10 OYO.
- Zamporini carry block back to the start.
- LBCs x 25 IC.
Round 2:
- Zamporini carry block to the bottom of the bottom-most soccer field.
- Jump over your block x 10 OYO.
- Carry block in flexed curl position to the end of the first soccer field.
- Inclined Mericans on block x 10 OYO.
- Quadraphilia up hill with block to the bottom of the second soccer field.
- Declined Mericans on block x 10 OYO. Walk back down hill.
- Carry block in flexed curl position to the start of the first soccer field.
- Jump over your block x 10 OYO.
- Zamporini carry block back to the original start.
- LBCs x 25 IC.
Round 3: Cardio Round.
- Run all the way to the end of the second soccer field.
- Can't remember, slow deep squats x 15 IC?
- Quadraphilia up to top of next field.
- Shoulder touch Mericans x 12 IC.
- Run all the way back to the original start.
Round 4:
- Zamporini carry block to the bottom of the bottom-most soccer field.
- Jump over your block x 10 OYO.
- Carry block in flexed curl position to the end of the first soccer field.
- Inclined Mericans on block x 10 OYO.
- Quadraphilia up hill with block to the bottom of the second soccer field.
- Declined Mericans on block x 10 OYO.
- Carry block in flexed curl position to the end of the second soccer field.
- Slow Deep Block Squats x 15 IC.
- Quadraphilia up hill with block to the bottom of the third soccer field.
- Shoulder touch Mericans x 12 IC.
- Carry block in flexed curl position to the end of the third soccer field.
- Block presses x 25 OYO.
- Quadraphilia up hill with block to the top of the third soccer field.
- Jump over your block x 10 OYO.
- Walk back down the hill.
- Repeat things in reverse on the way back.
After the final round we put our blocks away and had time for Mary.
Mary:
- Low Flutters x 25 IC
- Mason Twist x 25 IC?
- Elbow Plank x 1 minute.
Recover, recover. We covered 2.2 miles according to Strava.

- Great having Sparky for a double down and Jaws for a triple down.
- Boar Hog is a beast, awesome to you at The Estate bud hope to see you more often.
- Elmers provided the majority of the much needed 2nd F.
- Snake Eyes told me today at Titan it was a good workout so I'll take that. Good working out with you as always bud! Snake Eyes says we need to name this so suggestions welcome.
