My resolution for 2018 is to begin all workouts I Q on time, so we started today at 0530.

Warm-up

Jog to the back and grab a block.

The 1 plus Thang (PAX Confusion is a ploy to avoid max reps)

10 Pullups plus a reverse crunch at top
10 Block Curls (1 plus an extra top half curl)
10 Dips (1 full plus a top half dip)
10 Merkin (1 full plus a top half merkin)
10 Australian rows (1 plus an extra top half row)

5 Rounds (Rounds 1 & 2 included 10 Burpee Break-dancers and a hill run)

26 IC SSH (Since Skipper pointed out that we neglected to do SSH and 26 becuase I lost count)

6MoM (cut short)

REFLECTION

Ephesians 6:4 Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.

 How often do you see parents, or you as a parent, dare children to misbehave one more time? Rather, try providing direction and/or empathetic correction.

The breakdance burpee were a nice new twist, not sure a PAX favorite

Vortex astutely pointed out that we didn't each need to grab a block…I just wanted to make it equal.

Shirley had it in high gear this morning!

Skipper took his crop dusting on the road Saturday to share with other runners, a welcome break for the SVU PAX.

Safe travels to Lightbulb, Cheetah and any other PAX on the road this week.
