A dynamic duo of 2 men came out this fine morning to tackle a modified Murph on the last Monday of March to honor Lt. Michael Murphy. Tool Time, fresh from his exotic honeymoon trip, joined the Q and promptly remarked that he hadn't seen a pre-blast. Mea culpa, I'd tweeted it but forgot to send out the old electronic mail format for those older Pax who prefer late '90s Hanks-Ryan romcoms. But considering there were only 2 men last Monday, I'm not sure I can take all the blame :).
While the morning might not've been as nice and balmy as St. Lucia, we got the temperature rising soon enough.

- Yes, unfortunately I didn't mis-type the # of sets above. While the Mighty Murph should be 10 sets, due to excessive sun (on Q's part) and excessive Woo Woo drinking (on TT's part), we decided to ease into the week and not hurt ourselves getting back into the game. That and we're old married guys now and didn't have the rep speed to do all 10 in the alotted time 🙂
- Tool Time's happy to be back in the good ol' U.S. of A., but he does miss his "man-servants"
- When you're trying to get to an all-inclusive resort, time is of the essence. Coughing up extra dough for a Choppa' flight instead of waiting for shuttle is worth it. Those drinks aren't going to drink themselves.
- Counting out all that cadence is rough. Props to all the stud MILF3 Qs rocking it way better than this Q.
- Good to have you back, Tool Time!
- This Saturday is the 2nd Annual Christina Latini Memorial 8K to benefit Operation Sweet Tooth. Still time to sign up to run, walk, or volunteer! If you're not familiar with this group, it was started by fellow F3 member Olive after losing his little girl from myocarditis. They do great work for the kids in the area. https://latinimemorial8k.racesonline.com/
Always an honor!
