22 pax posted at Sweatshop which is becoming a standard number. So group was split between YHC and co-Q Overboard

Warm up : SSH and Merkins and Storm trooppers (twice)  and you know how the rest goes ….

The Thang

  1. Mosey to Davidson Elementary 
    • Run parking lot back and forth at each end (repeato 3x):
      • LBC- 20 
      • Squat-15
      • Merkins-10 
  2. Run back up South to Spring 
    • Air press-50 IC
  3. Run to Spring and Walnut
    • Low Flutters-20 IC
    • LBCs-20 IC
    •  Air Press-20 IC
  4. Run down Spring and up Goodrum
    • Low Flutters-20 IC
    • LBCs-20 IC
    •  Air Press-20 IC
  5. Run down Goodrum and up Spring 
    • Low Flutters-20 IC
    • LBCs-20 IC
    •  Air Press-20 IC
  6. Run to Spring and South
    • Run down South and back up going backwards 
  7. Run back to the green indian style (oh wait can we still say that

  • Kudos to The Hangover and Mr. Miyagi for getting lost running from the Green to Davidson Elementary
