Set up on the practice field were 6 zones made out of cones. Each zone was designated a certain exercise:
- Bear Crawl up steps, Crawl Bear down steps
- small lap
- Mericans X5
- squats X5
- WW1s X5
- Rock Curls X5
1 PAX rolls dice. picks up a golf club. Tries to hit golf ball into one of 6 zones. All PAX do exercise multiplied by roll of dice. If the ball didn’t land in a zone, PAX did 2 burpees multiplied by the number on the dice. LOTS of BURPEES

Crowd favorite – YHC took it easy on those that only had 4 hours of sleep. Grateful for those that showed.
