I wasn't sure what to expect this morning, but since it's football season, I planned accordingly. At 7:01 am it was just Little Prof and me in the lot, but as we prepared for a duo workout, 3 cars pulled up. Chickpea and Chickwheat (Liam), Cousin Eddie and Lila, and Code Blue (who missed the pre-blast!). Since the group was small, we modified and the youngsters kept up great. They really seemed to have fun kicking the football off the tee. Chickpea did as well, and he made the only offical field goal of the morning.
Had a nice conversation afterward over coffee and doughnuts. Thanks to Turnpike for the opportunity to lead an F3Dads week. It's a blessing to be able to get up every morning and be a part of a group like this, especially when you are able to enjoy with family.
